Shipping policy

Orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri and are available from stock will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next working day.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification mail from noreply@jmspower.co.uk this will contain any relevant tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using either DPD or The Pallet Network (TPN). All orders are shipped on a “Next Working Day Service” this aims for delivery within 24 hours.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and

displayed at checkout.

We ship Items in via three routes.

DPD Small Parcel Shipping £12.50 Plus VAT

DPD Oversized Parcel Shipping £22.50 Plus Vat

TPN UK Palletised Freight £80.00 Plus Vat (Includes curb-side Tail-lift delivery)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping via our online shop, for online enquiries please contact the office 01733 760 000 with all relevant information at which point we will advise if we are able to ship to your location, or you can arrange your own courier to collect from us.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns of standard stock products up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. This does not apply to units built bespoke for your requirement, these are non-refundable and placing an order for this confirms your acceptance of the fact.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@jmspower.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
